HeartMath teaches you to tap into the power of your heart, create coherence, and be more resilient.

A variety of breathing methods for different applications that are useful for everyday life.

About Scott
Scott is one of NZ’s most qualified breathwork instructors. Certified as a Wim Hof Method instructor, a Buteyko Breathing Technique instructor, an Oxygen Advantage instructor, and a HeartMath instructor.
He has studied the breath for over a decade and trained with world-leading breathwork experts such as Wim Hof, Dan Brule, and Patrick McKeown amongst others.
His personal journey of breathwork includes overcoming drug addiction, severe anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, navigating relationship and family breakdowns, and various life traumas.
Having had the experience of working with thousands of people of all ages and stages, Scott has developed a training approach that is both simple and profoundly effective. He has a depth of real-life experience of the breath that is relatable to many.
