We’ll challenge ourselves to safely lean into discomfort and stretch our comfort zones.
Over this 6-hour highly immersive workshop we will:
Dive into various breathwork modalities (Wim Hof, nervous system regulation, optimal and performance breathing, HeartMath, and other breathwork techniques)
Experience ice baths and how to keep your cool in an extremely stressful situation
Have a shared and supported experience whilst building a bond amongst a group of like-minded men
At the end of this workshop, you will have a well-equipped breathwork and mindset toolbox to navigate life with.

Important Information
Consult a doctor before registering if you are or have (as some of the exercises may not be suitable):
Cardiovascular issues or high blood pressure

Had recent surgery
Other serious health issues and challenges
What to bring:
A yoga mat (if you have one)
Comfortable and warm clothes
A blanket (optional but highly recommended)
Togs and a towel
Water bottle
Food if you’d like (fruit will be provided as a light snack)

Absolutely! There’s no need to have had any experience before coming to this workshop. Regardless of your experience, you’ll get a lot out of the day.

Yes, breathwork is natural and safe. However, there are a few exceptions, if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or have a severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia or psychosis) we ask that you get your doctor’s permission first before doing some of the more intense breathing exercises.

There are scholarships available for people who are not in a financial position to afford the event. If you’d like to apply for a scholarship, contact Scott and tell him your story.
