This workshop is designed to continue the Science and Art of Breathwork workshop previously held at Yoga Studio Kerikeri. Still, it is also suitable for anyone who has not attended any previous workshops.

About the Facilitator:
A father of two, scott is passionate about empowering you with the knowledge to harness the simple and powerful tool right under your nose, your breath.
Scott has taught the breath for over a decade and trained with world-leading breathwork experts such as Wim Hof, Dan Brule, and Patrick McKeown.
He’s one of NZ’s most qualified breathwork instructors, certified as a Wim Hof Method, Buteyko Breathing Technique, Oxygen Advantage, and HeartMath instructor.
His journey of breathwork includes overcoming drug addiction, severe anxiety, depression, other mental health challenges, relationship and family breakdowns, and various life traumas.
